水介流化床分选机分选参数的确定

摘    要:水介流化床分选机尚处于研究阶段,为了改进水介流化床分选机的不完善性,通过各因素对分选效果的影响分析,确定了水流流量、入料管长度、入料浓度为主要影响因素。利用三因素三水平正交试验对实验室用水介流化床分选机的分选参数进行研究,得出实验室下最佳的分选参数是入料管长度140mm,水流流量63mL/s,入料浓度400g/L。这些参数的确立为水介流化床分选机的进一步研究提供了基本的参数参照。

Abstract:The study of water medium fluidized separator (WMFS) is at the stage of research, in order to improve its faultiness, different factors effected the influencing factors were analyzed, ascertained the water flow, the depth of the feed pipe and the solids feed as the main influencing factors. An orthogonality form with three factors and three levels were designed after analyzing the different factors in influencing the separation effect. The optimum technological parameters were established after experiment that the interstitial water flow were 63mL/s; the depth of the feed pipe were 140mm ; solids feed were 400g/L. Then the parameters would apply to the WMFS' development.
