便携式内窥镜系统CMOS图像传感器驱动设计与实现

摘    要:采用內窥涡流一体化方法检测某型航空发动机蓖齿盘产生的裂纹缺陷迪窒低?的小型化和便携式,基于ARM9嵌入式微处理器S3C2440,设计实现了內窥CMOS图像采集系统和图像传感器驱动,并在蓖齿盘标准试件上进行了试验。试验结果具有高清晰和高保真等特点,满足一体化检测对图像采集的需求。

Abstract:Incorporate testing was applied for nondestructive testing of the crack in an aeroengine labyrinth. In order to achieve miniaturization and portability of the system, endoscope CMOS image collection system based on embedded microprocessor ARM9 S3C2440 was designed . The CMOS image sensor driver was designed in this paper, and some experiments were carried out in the standard labyrinth specimen using the image collection system.
