数据库技术在铁厂高炉自控系统中的应用

摘    要:山西安泰集团冶炼厂共有3座炼铁高炉,生产过程通过PLC实现自动控制。山西省自动化研究所为其开发的炼铁高炉数据库管理和自动报表系统以高炉的优化配料和高炉上料槽原料的物料配比为核心,对于铁区降低成本与高效运行具有重要意义。

Abstract:There are 3 blast furnaces in the Smelting Plant of Shanxi Antai Group, the automatic control of its production process is achieved by PLC. The database management and automatic report system of blast furnace take the optimizing ingredients of furnace and the raw material ratio in furnace trough as the core which is developed by Shanxi Automation Research Institute. The system has great significance for reducing the cost of iron area and enhancing operational efficiency.
