信息化与工业化

在以知识经济浪潮为背景的信息化全球化进程中，中国工业化和信息化发展迈人中期阶段，取得可喜成就，同时面临严峻挑战。工业化使农业在国民收人和就业中的份额不断下降，制造业与服务业在国内生产总值中的比重持续上升，经济结构的合理转变与社会生产力大幅度提高。信息化是从工业经济向信息经济、从工业社会向信息社会演进的动态过程，信息化与工业化是辨证统一的关系。工业化发展直接导致信息化，信息化发展以工业化为基础和手段。我国的战略与对策是：选择跨越式发展战略，处理好传统产业与信息产业的关系，在工业化中实现工业信息化，在信息化中实现信息工业化，市场化与知识化协调发展。
