金刚石修磨轮修形环面蜗杆砂轮的理论分析及试验

摘    要:环面蜗杆砂轮磨齿工艺是硬齿面齿轮精加工的重要方法,技术难点之一是用齿轮式的金刚石修整滚轮对蜗杆砂轮进行修形,本文探讨了齿轮式金刚石修形轮的制作方法,应用空间啮合理论对蜗杆砂轮磨齿修形及加工的啮合状况进行了分析,并用自制的金刚石修形轮在NZA蜗杆砂轮磨齿机上进行了修形及加工试验,试验证明,自制的金刚石修整轮精度完全符合使用要求。

Abstract:Continuous profile grinding with a globoid like grinding worn is an efficient method to hard gear finishing. Qie of the key facts that affect the accuracy is the profiling of grinding worm with a diamond dressing gear. The author discussed the manufacturing technique of diamond dressing gear,analyzed the meshing condition of the grinding worm profiling and gear grinding. Then, do the experiments in NZA grinding machine with diamond dressing gear that made by ourselves. It is proved that the precision of diamond dressing gear is adapted to grinding worm profiling.
