“蜘蛛车”在泄洪洞消缺及后期处理中的应用

针对溪洛渡水电站右岸泄洪洞流道混凝土过流面消缺施工中大坡度、大断面的特点，借鉴建筑工程登高维护作业经验，采用“蜘蛛车”辅助边墙登高消缺施工，充分发挥机械化施工占地少、效率高的优点，在节省成本的同时，保证了施工质量、安全和进度。介绍了对“蜘蛛车”的专用化改造和“荡秋千”自行提升过坎方式的创新实践，使其适用于复杂体型隧洞的登高消缺及维护作业，成功实现深度机械化施工。 

Application of spider-type aerial working platform in weakness removal and post treatment of spillway tunnel

Aiming to large slope and large section in the weakness removal of right bank spillway tunnel of Xiluodu Hydropower Station, the spider-type aerial working platform was used in weakness removal and post treatment of spillway tunnel by referring to the experience of climbing and maintenance operation in civil engineering. This platform gives full play to the mechanized construction advantages of less construction space and higher efficiency, which can save the cost and ensure the construction quality, safety and progress. The special transformation of spider-type aerial working platform and the swing-type crossing aerator by self-elevating were introduced. So the platform is adequate for the weakness removal and post maintenance in spillway tunnel with complex design shape, and can successfully implement the deep mechanized construction.
