现场总线技术在气动阀门控制中的应用

摘    要:传统气动阀门的控制方式存在缺点,主要表现在费用高,安全性无保障和故障点多等。采用现场总线接口的阀岛控制方式可以改进上述缺点。但现场总线阀控技术并不能适应所有的场合,对数量很少且分散的气动阀门,采用现场总线并不经济。现场总线适合于成组的阀门进行对比分析。

Abstract:The control mode of traditional pneumatic valves has some shortcomings, including high cost, low safety and many failure points, etc. Application of the valve island control mode with the field bus interface can improve the above - mentioned shortcoming. While this technique is not always applied for all conditions, for fewer and distributed pneumatic valves it is not economic. It is applied for comparison and analysis of valve in - groups.
