| 摘 要： | 介绍了涟钢第一炼钢厂强化钢铁料精细管理,优化入炉原料结构,改进冶炼工艺,有效提高转炉钢水收得率、钢水成坯率,降低钢铁料消耗的实践过程.通过改进和优化,钢铁料消耗从2004年平均1095.65 kg/t下降到2006年1～7月份平均1078.08k/t,比全国同类型企业2006年1～6月平均水平1084.93 kg/t低6.85kg/t.

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the No.1 steel making plant of Lian Steel managed the steelmaking material strictly;promoted the charging material structure;improved the smelting process;increased the yeild of converter liquid steel and the rate of steel casting;decreased the steelmaking material consumption.Through optimizing and improving,the specific iron and steel consumption decreased from 1095.6kg/t in 2004 to 1078.08kg/t in Jan-July,2006.It is 6.85kg/t less than the average level 1084.93kg/t of the same type comprise in the whole country in Jan-June 2006. |
