全减压渣油催化裂化分馏塔油浆系统结焦控制对策

摘    要:中国石油天然气股份有限公司长庆石化分公司1.4Mt/a两段提升管催化裂化装置全炼减压渣油后,分馏塔油浆系统结焦严重。为了解决此问题,分析了不同部位结焦的控制因素,并对这些控制因素进行了定量分析,找出了控制因素之间的量化关系,提出了降低塔底液相温度、加大油浆下返塔量、加大阻焦剂用量以及降低油浆在分馏塔底的停留时间等控制结焦的对策,对策实施后取得了明显效果,缓解了分馏塔底结焦,装置运行正常。

Abstract:After the 28 000 b/d TSRFCC unit in PetroChina Changqing Petrochemical Company began processing 100% vacuum residue, the main fractionator was experiencing severe coking in its slurry system. To solve this problem, the coking control factors at different locations were studied and quantitatively analyzed. The quantitative relationship between different coking control factors were found out. Effective coking control measures were proposed such as lowering the liquid phase temperature at tower bottom, increasing slurry return flowrate, applying more coking inhibitor dosages and shortening residence time of slurry at the fractionator bottom. Good results have been achieved after implementation of these measures. The bottom coking problem has been mitigated and the unit has been operating stably ever since.
