摘    要:用某芽孢杆菌属微生物(Bacillus sp.)处理锑矿选矿废水。通过正交实验,研究该微生物在处理锑矿选矿废水过程中微生物接种量、pH值、处理时间、温度对去除效果的影响。结果表明:Bacillus sp.对废水中锑的去除效果影响程度由大到小的顺序为:微生物接种量、pH值、处理时间、温度;最优实验条件:微生物接种量为5%、pH值为2.5、处理时间为3d,处理温度为30℃。

Abstract:Antimony ore-processed wastewater was treated with the optimized bacterium Bacillus sp.The effects of the evaluation indices,including the amount of inoculation,pH value,processing time,and temperature,on the treatment of antimony ore-processed wastewater were studied through orthogonal experiments.The results show that the degrees of effects of the indices on the removal of antimony from wastewater by Bacillus sp.are in the following descending order: the amount of inoculation,pH value,processing time,and temperature.The optimal treatment conditions were attained when the amount of inoculation was 5%,the PH value was 2.5,the processing time was three days,and the temperature was 30℃.
