摘    要:烧结生产中,电耗占烧结矿能源消耗的34.2%,其中烧结机主抽风机、环冷风机耗电量比重大,为此炼铁厂实施设备改造降低主抽风机及环冷风机漏风率,从而降低烧结机电耗,并利用同步电机工作原理,降低主抽风机电机电流;及推行“避峰填谷”、“工完机停”措施等,通过一年的攻关,效果显著,烧结机电耗由原来的52.1 kwh/h,降低为目前的49 kwh/h,电耗降低3.1 kWh/t,最好达到45 kwh/t,年产生效益一千多万元.

Abstract:In sintering production, power consumption accounted for 34.2% of sintering plant energy consumption, of which the main ventilation fan of the sintering machine and the ring cooling fan took the major weight. Therefore Ironmaking Plant has made equipment modification to reduce air leakage rate of both the main ventilation fan and the ring cooling fan, which thereby reduces the power consumption of sintering machine. Furthermore we have made use of synchronous motor working principle to reduce the main exhaust fan motor current, and implemented the practice of Avoiding Peak and Filling valley and Stopping Machine once Finishing Work. Through one year's hard work, significant results have been achieved, sintering machine power consumption is reduced from original 52.1 kwh/h to current 49 kwh/h (45 kwh/t at best time), with a power consumption drop of 3.1 kwh/h, and an annual benefits of more than 10 million yuan.
