电视信号中标准时间频率的应用

摘    要:本文介绍了电视信号中标准时间、频率的应用 ,其中包括彩色副载波标准频率综合器、电视行同步标准频率综合器、采样保持鉴相器、电视标准时间数字钟等设备的研制。藉助这些设备 ,只要直接接收中央电视台 1、2或 4套节目的全电视信号 ,便可输出常用的标准频率和时间 ,可用于精密时间测量、计量和校频 ,也可作为标准频率信号源使用 ,其校频精度达 5× 10 - 12 / 30min ,时间同步精度在 1μs以下。

Abstract:In this paper, a few methods for the application of standard time and frequency disseminated by CCTV signal are proposed and some corresponding devices have been developed, such as color subcarrier synthesizer for standard frequency, standard frequency synthesizer using TV line sync signal, sample-and-hold phase detector, TV standard time digital clock, and so on. With these devices TV signals of CCTV1, CCTV2 or CCTV4 are received and some standard frequencies of 10MHz, 5MHz, 1MHz, 0.1MHz or standard time are put out. There are a number of applications for the devices, such as precise time measurement, frequency calibration, and they can be taken as sources of standard frequency as well. The precision of frequency calibration is 5×10-12 in thirty minutes , and the precision of time synchronization is less than 1μs (the signals relayed via TV microwave channel).
