未燃煤粉在高炉内积存量影响的模拟试验

摘    要:大喷吹煤粉由于在风口前未能充分燃烧而形成未燃煤粉,利用焦炭充填床模型试验研究宝钢高炉条件下未燃煤粉积存量在炉内的影响。研究结果表明:炉内未燃煤粉在料柱中某段出现积粉量超限,将会导致压差波动,诱发悬料;供风速度提高,则单位料柱压差上升。

Abstract:A simulated test for the affect of the accumlated unburned coal powder in the blast furnace is made by using a coke bed model.The result shows that the undulation of differential pressure and the hanging of charge will occur so long as the accumulated coal powder in some sections of raw material column expresses limited amount,and the differential pressure of the specific raw material column will be increased with the raising of blast rate.
