摘    要:
对某重砂矿进行了回收利用钛选矿的试验研究, 采用氧化焙烧-干式磁选工艺实现了钛精矿的提钛降铬, 最终获得TiO2品位47.34%、Cr2O3含量0.28%的合格钛精矿。该研究可为高铬型钛铁矿的回收利用提供技术参考。

Abstract:
Experimental study on reclaiming ilmenite from a heavy mineral sands ore deposit was conducted. The technique of an oxidizing roasting and a dry magnetic separation was adopted to upgrade TiO2 while decreasing chromium content in ilmenite, resulting in the qualified titanium concentrate obtained graded at 47.34% TiO2 with Cr2 O3 content of 0.28%. This research can provide a technical reference for the beneficiation of high chromium ilmenite ore.
