| 摘 要： | 通过Pro-Ⅱ计算软件，模拟了甲醇精馏双塔回流比、理论板数和塔径的匹配等问题，分析了粗甲醇中组分的不同对精馏过程和双塔设计的影响，探讨了双塔的塔高与塔径的匹配与组合。

| Abstract: | The problems of reflux ratio, theoretic column plate numbers and tower diameter match ETC for the double tower of methanol rectification were simulated through the pro-II calculating soft ware, influence of different components of coarse methanol on rectification process and double columns design was analyzed, the match and composition of the column height & column diameter for double towers were discussed. |
