| Abstract: | Production technology of lustrous and profiled FDY is discussed, including chip drying, spinning and winding. Through adjusting the crystallization and drying temperature of chip, decreasing spinning temperature and spinning speed, and choosing more resonable spinning pack structure, 165dtex lustrous and profiled polyester FDY which main physical properties satisfy the consumer's needs can be obtained. |
