“小群体”教学模式在大学体育健美操教学中的实验研究

摘    要:通过查阅大量资料,并结合实验、问卷调查、数理统计,对宁夏大学公共体育健美操课采用“小群体”教学模式进行研究.结果表明,该模式改变了教师上课过分强调“统一”和“规范”,练习的形式和技术“一刀切”的沉闷局面,提高了学生上健美操课的主动性与积极性,增进了学生以及师生之间良好的人际关系.

Abstract:On account of large amounts of documentations data, combining with experiments, surveys, mathematical statistics, using the method of "small group teaching model" to research the public sports aerobics lesson in Ningxia University, the results show that the model change the dull situation of "unified", "standard", "across the board" and so on, those the teachers emphasis on class too much. Futhermore, student's initiative and enthusiasm enhanced for take aerobics class, and the good interpersonal interaction between teachers and students are promoted.
