摘    要:通过对生胶及配合剂的选择试验,选择吉化产三元乙丙橡胶为生胶、硫给予体为硫化体系,开发出桥梁板式橡胶支座配方。稳定试验结果表明:该配方性能优于中华人民共和国交通行业标准,具有国内先进水平。

Abstract:The recipe for EPDM plate type bridge pad bearings has been studied and developed based on the select tests of EPDM and compounding ingredients by using the EPDM produced in JCGC as its raw material and sulfur donor as its cure system.The results of stable tests indicate that the resulting feature are better than the industrial standard of communications in the People's Republic of China,and has reached advanced level in China.
