同轴线管介质阻挡放电的数值模拟

摘    要:
为了研究同轴线管介质阻挡放电的特性,以一维流体力学模型为基础,利用三对角矩阵追赶法的Fortran编程,分别对一维电子、离子连续性方程、动量方程和电流连续性方程进行数值求解;不但得出放电电流和气体电压随时间的演化规律,还得到了电子、离子、亚稳态原子密度以及电场在放电空间的时空分布;并分析讨论所加电压频率、幅值以及介质材料等参数对同轴线管介质阻挡放电的影响.

Abstract:
For researching the coaxial tube of the dielectric barrier discharge,the paper is based on one-dimensional fluid mechanics model and uses the Fortran program of tri-diagonal matrix chase-after method.Not only the time evolutions of the discharge current and gas voltage,but also the space and time distributions of the electric field and the electron,meta-stable state atom and ion densities are numerically calculated by solving the one-dimensional continuity and momentum equations for electrons and ions,coupled to the current continuity equation.The properties of the coaxial tube of dielectric barrier discharge under the conditions of different driving frequency,voltage or dielectric layer are also discussed and analyzed.
