| 摘 要： | 设计阶段是项目成本控制的关键环节,但该阶段成本控制缺乏理论先进、操作性强的方法。本文通过介绍设计阶段成本控制的现状,引出限额设计,并对限额设计下如何开展成本控制进行了探讨和研究。
