| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the construction situation of indemnificatory apartment in China,points out that the indemnificatory apartment plays an active role in promoting social equity and improving social efficiency.Meanwhile,there are some problems during the implementation of the indemnificatory apartment,so some suggestions on the construction and management are proposed based on the equity and efficiency. |
