摘    要:分析了草酸酯加氢制乙二醇反应过程中产生杂质的机理,简述了不同杂质对乙二醇产品UV值的影响。综述了常见的物理吸附和化学处理等工艺技术,用于提高乙二醇产品UV值,并简要总结了应用不同工艺技术的优缺点。

Abstract:Mechanisms of generating impurities in ethylene glycol produced by hydrogenation of oxalate and the effects of the impurities on UV value of the product were analyzed.General methods for improving UV value of coal-based ethylene glycol,such as physical adsorption and chemical treatment,were introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages were also analyzed.
