装载机结构件装配线价值流分析与改善研究

摘    要:基于工程机械行业装载机生产商S公司车间的实际生产情况,对其一结构件分装线进行分析,绘制了当前状态的价值流图。根据此图,找出分装线所存在的制约生产的主要问题,并结合工业工程和精益生产的方法改进装配工艺路线,优化生产布局,绘制了未来状态的价值流图。通过这些改善,缩短了产品生产周期,提高了生产效率,减少了物料搬运距离,给公司带来了良好的经济效益。

Value Stream Analysis and Improvement Research of Wheel Loader Structural Component Sub-assembly Line

Abstract:On the basis of the actual production situation of the workshop in S-company, a famous wheel loader manufacturer in construction machinery industry, this article analyzed one of the structural component sub-assembly line and drew the current status value stream mapping (VSM). According to this VSM, the main problems of the existing sub-assembly line which restricted production were found out. With the methods and ideas from industrial engineering and lean production, the sub-assembly process and layout were improved and a future status value stream mapping was drawn. By doing these improvement measures, the production cycle time was shorten, the efficiency was improved, the space and forklift transportation distance were saved, bringing much more benefits for the company.
