高校人事管理工作信息化建设探析

摘    要:针对近年来计算机信息化的普及和高等教育的快速发展现状,人事管理工作信息化亟待提高。分析当前高校人事管理信息化建设的意义、现状及存在的问题,在此基础上,探索如何从师生切实需要及高校管理实际要求出发以求用尽可能少的资源消耗换取尽可能多的管理效益,从而采取科学管理、技术引进及标准化建立等一系列方法,达到以提升高校人事管理信息化为基础,加强高校管理效率与质量的目标。

Abstract:Personnel management in universities needs to be improved urgently to meet the rapid development of information technology and high education.The significance of the current university personnel management,the current situation and problems are analyzed in this paper.The ways to manage the actual needs and requirements effectively are explored.Scientific management,technology transfer and the establishment of a series of standardized methods are adopted to enhance information-based personnel management in universities in order to strengthen university management efficiency and quality.
