| 摘 要： | 探讨了天丝织物卷染生产工艺，详细分析了工艺中出现的问题，并指出了相应的解决方法。实践证明，天丝织物卷染工艺克服了绳状染色效率低、成本高、易产生折皱和擦伤等缺点，染成品质量明显提高。 |

| Abstract: | The jig dyeing technology of Tencel fabric was mainly introduced in the paper. The problems arisen in the process were analyzed in detail and the countermeasures were provided. It is proved that the jig dyeing technology overcomes the defects of low-efficiency, high-cost, easy-wrinkle and easy-fray of rope dyeing machine; it is obviously seen that the dyeing quality has been greatly improved. |
