大跨钢结构在特殊气候条件下的温度应力实测研究

摘    要:利用自主开发的无线应力传感监测系统,对某体育场钢结构在施工过程中特殊气候条件(持续高温和低温)下的温度与应力进行实测,详细研究温度与应力的关系及温度变化所产生温度应力的大小,给出结构在不均匀温度场下的实测温度分布规律,通过有限元模拟,得到构件的应力变化理论值,并将其与实测数据对比。结果表明:钢结构处于非均匀温度场作用下,温度和应力相关性明显,大多数实测数据与仅考虑均匀温度场的理论值存在一定的差异,部分测点实测值大于理论值较多。

Abstract:With the aid of self-developed wireless sensors of structural stress and temperature, the measurements of stress and temperature was done for the steel structure of a stadium in special climate condition (continuous high temperature and low temperature) during construction. This paper analyzed the relationship between temperature and stress and the temperature stress during temperature variation. Then this paper studied the temperature distribution of the structure in non-uniform temperature distributions. The theoretieaI value of stress variation of components was achieved by means of the finite element simulation and was compared with the measured data. The results show that when the steel structure is under non uniform temperature field the correlation of temperature and stress is obvious. However, there was some difference of the measured data with the theoretical value, some of the measured value is much greater than tbe theoretical value.
