He-Ne激光束远场发散角的精确测量及误差分析

摘    要:首先利用远场光斑测量法,测得GY-10型He-Ne激光器的远场发散角为1.15mrad.接着,根据高斯光束对望远镜系统变换,通过两个望远镜实现He-Ne激光束的准直,得到水平方向的远场发散角75.78 μrad,垂直方向76.53 μrad.最后,对实验中存在的误差分析可知,可用多次测量求平均值的方法消除误差;准直望远镜系统的微小失调可引起出射激光束远场发散角有较大的变化;测量系统中需使用长焦距的凹面镜.

Abstract:First, far-field divergence angle of GY-10 He-Ne laser is measured to be 1.15 mrad by measuring far-field spot size in the distance. Then, the Gaussian beams transform theory is used in telescope systems, and He-Ne laser beam is collimated by two telescopes. Farfield divergence angles of He-Ne laser beam collimated are 75.78 urad in the horizontal and 76.53 urad in the vertical. Finally, the errors in the experiments are analyzed. It is shown that the errors can be avoided through calculating average value of many measuring results, and the minute maladjustment of the collimating telescopes may cause much variety of far-field divergence angle of the He-Ne laser beams. In the measurement system, long-focus concave mirror is used.
