| 摘 要： | 为顺利纺制Tencel纤维/大豆蛋白纤维/精梳长绒棉混纺针织纱,确保成纱质量,对纺纱各工序工艺参数进行了优选,并采取了有效的技术措施.通过对Tencel纤维及大豆蛋白纤维进行预处理,严格控制环境相对湿度,以减少纺纱过程中的静电现象严重的问题,同时降低各部速度,优化各工序工艺参数等措施,保证了生产的顺利进行和成纱质量的稳步提高.

| Abstract: | To spin Tencel fiber soybean protein fiber combed long-staple cotton blended knitting yarn and guarantee yarn quality, processing parameters of each process was optimized, and effective technology measures were adopted. Through pretreatment of Tencel fiber and soybean protein fiber, control of environmental moisture temperature to reduce worse static and reduce speed of each element, optimize processing parameters of each process, production and enhancement of yarn quality are guaranteed. |
