| 摘 要： | 结合31个不同产地天麻中天麻素和天麻苷元,综合评价昭通天麻质量。色谱条件:色谱柱为MD-ODS C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(3:97);等度洗脱;柱温35℃;进样量20μl;检测波长220nm。昭通彝良龙安乡沟口天麻天麻素含量最高,昭通彝良小草坝杨家地天麻天麻苷元含量最高。昭通天麻在天麻素和天麻苷元含量上,尤其是天麻苷元含量,较外省天麻有一定优势。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the quality of Gastrodia elata cuspidatum by combininggastrodin and tannin in 31 different days. Methods: The chromatographic conditions were as follows: MD-ODS C18 column(250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution(3:97); isocratic elution; column temperature 35℃; 20μl; detection wavelength of 220 nm. Results: The content of Gastrodia elata was thehighest in Zhaotong Yilang Anxiang, and the content of Tianma Tianma Decoction was thehighest. Conclusion: Zhaotong Tianmahas a certain advantage in the content ofgastrodin and temocotonin, especially the content of Tianma Decoction. |
