| 摘 要： | 卟啉化学是现代化学领域中重要的研究分支之一。在自然界,卟啉化合物构成了血红蛋白、细胞色素及叶绿素等生物大分子的核心部分,参与生物体内一系列重要过程。随着新型卟啉化合物合成的广泛开展,对卟啉化学的研究更加深入。本文简要介绍了近年来卟啉化合物在医学、生物化学、合成化学、材料科学等领域的最新研究与应用。

| Abstract: | Porphyrin chemistry is one important branch in chemical field.In nature,the core of haemachrome,cytochrome,chlorophyl and other biological macromolecules are made up with porphyrin compounds that participate in a series of important process in the organism.With the development of the synthesis of new porphyrin compands,the research of porphyrin chemistry gets to be more in-deep.The latest research and application of porphyrin compounds in medicine,biochemistry,synthesis,and materials were introduced in this paper. |
