高速列车永磁同步电机全速度范围控制策略的研究

摘    要:针对高速列车永磁同步电机需要较宽调速范围和转矩脉动大的问题,采用最大转矩电流比(MTPA)控制和弱磁控制结合的控制策略对牵引变流器进行控制,分析在电压极限椭圆与电流极限圆的限制下的电流轨迹。在MTPA控制加弱磁控制策略的基础上将传统异步SVPWM调制与多模式脉宽调制技术进行对比仿真,仿真结果表明多模式脉宽调制技术在高速列车全速度范围控制运行稳定,电机响应速度快调速范围宽,转矩脉动低。

Abstract:In accordance with the need of high-speed train permanent magnet synchronous motor with wide speed range and the problem of large torque ripple,the maximum torque current ratio(MTPA)control and weak magnet control combined control strategy to control traction converter,analysis the voltage limit ellipse with current limit circle under the restrictions of the current track of the MTPA control and weak magnet control strategy will be the basis of traditional asynchronous SVPWM modulation and multiple mode pulse width modulation technology comparing simulation,simulation results show that the multiple mode pulse width modulation technology in highspeed train running full speed range control stability,motor response speed,wide speed range and low torque ripple.
