Technical Assessment of and Analysis on Separating Technique of the Modern Shaft-kiln Enterprise

Issue and enforcement of the new cement standard allow the higher requirement of the degree of fineness of cement, and the way of adaptation of workability of the separator to the requirement of the new standard becomes a new subject for the cement-producing enterprise to pay more special attention to. In this paper,the appraisal method of the separator's classification efficiency is discussed, the effects of the separator's internal structure on its performances of dispersing, size separation and collection are analysed and the separating efficiency of the new-type rotor separator is evaluated.
