娘子关发电厂4号机组1号10CrMo910主蒸汽管组织性能评定

摘    要:采用化学成分分析、室温力学性能试验、碳化物特征及其变化分析、金相及电镜分析、蠕变损伤观察、持久强度试验等方法,对娘子关发电厂4号机组1号10CrMo910主蒸汽管进行了微观组织与力学性能评定。试验结果表明:运行146 967h后,该主蒸汽管道的组织状态与机械性能依然良好,满足德国标准技术要求,可以继续安全运行。

Abstract:Comprehensive evaluation of microstructure and property for 12 CrMo 910 main steam piping No1 of unit No4 having been operating 146967 hours in Niangziguan Power Plant has been carried out by using numerous methods, such as chemical component analysis, mechanical test under room temperature, carbide feature and its variation analysis, metallurgical and electronic microscope analysis, creepage damage observation, and persitent strength test etc.. Test results show that the microstructure state and mechanical property of said main steam piping are still perfect after having been operating 149967 hours, satisfying the German standard, can be continuously operating in safety.
