水溶型丙烯酸酯印花台板胶的研制

摘    要:研究了水溶型丙烯酸酯印花台板胶的合成和单体的滴加方式,讨论了交联单体的用量、软单体的种类、增稠剂的添加万式和用量、助溶剂和水的比例等对台板胶性能的影响,研究结果表明,使用13g交联单体和其余单体分开滴加,以丙烯酸丁酯作为主要软单体,0.25g聚乙烯醇增稠剂在反应前加入,助溶剂与水的比例为2:1,合成得到的台板胶性能优异。

Abstract:In this study,the synthesis of the water-borne acrylate table adhesive and the way of the monomers adding were investigated. The influence of the cross-linking agent, the thickener, the ratio of the cosolvent/water and monomer type were discussed. It was found that 13g cross-linking agent was added separately from other monomers, butyl acrylate (BA) as main soft monomer,0.25g thickeners were added before the reaction beginning, cosolvent/water ratio was 2/1,and hence obtain a table adhesive with good performance.
