高效液相色谱分离、检测磷脂研究进展

天然磷脂是一类含磷酸的类脂化合物，广泛存在于植物的种子，动物的脑、肝、卵和微生物体中，在工业生产、食品科学、医药学、生命科学等研究方面都有重要的应用。磷脂的研究手段有多种，本文对高效液相色谱分离、检测不同来源磷脂的方法进行了分类，总结了近年来高效液相色谱分离磷脂技术的研究进展。

Advance of Separation and Detection of Phospholipids by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Natural phospholipids are mixtures of lipids containing phosphorus.They widely consist in the seeds of plants,the brain,liver,eggs of animals and the microorganism.They have great applications in the industry,food science,medical science and life science.There are several methods to separate and detect the phospholipids,one of which is high performance liquid chromatography.This paper classified those methods which were used to separate and detect phospho-lipids and summarized the development of separation and detection technique of phospholipids.
