兴隆庄洗煤泥流化床焚烧的给料泵送流变特性

摘    要:选用德国KK139泵进行可行性试验和工程模拟试验,对兴隆庄洗煤泥的流变特性进行研究并考验该泵的应用可靠性.实验中,洗煤泥水分范围为27.5%~30.2%,泵的频率变化范围为32.42~64.49 Hz.将测量得到的压力损失通过一系列流体力学公式计算得出兴隆庄洗煤泥的流变特性.实验结果表明:在此水分范围内,屈服剪切应力、剪切应力、表观黏度和流动阻力随水分的增加而降低,27.5%的洗煤泥为此泵送的最近水分极限,符合经济性原则并适合泵送的洗煤泥为28%的洗煤泥.其流变特性接近完成了从屈服-假塑性流体到宾汉流体的转化;通过与南屯洗煤泥的流动特性比较可知,洗煤泥的流动特性与煤的种类和洗选工艺有关.

Abstract:Researched rheological behavior of slime and tested the application reliability of this pump by carrying out feasibility test and imitating project test with KK139 pump made in German,In this experiment,the moisture scope of slime changed from 27.5% to 30.2%,frequency of pump changed from 32.42 Hz to 64.49 Hz.Calculated rheological behavior of slime through a series of hydromechanics formula.Experiment results show: in this moisture range yield shearing stress,shearing stress,apparent viscosity and floating resistance reduced following the increase of moisture,the slime of 27.5% is the lowest moisture limit which pumps can send in,the slime of 28% which best conforms to economy principle is the most suitable to send by pump.Its rheological behavior has completed transformation from yielding-pseudoplastic fluid to Bingham fluid.Through comparing with the rheological behavior of Nantun slime,it acheives that the rheological behavior of the slime are concerning with coal species and washing technology.
