急倾斜煤层巷道支护结构轴向变形模拟试验

摘    要:为了在急倾斜煤层无煤柱开采过程中保证穿越煤层巷道的稳定性,需要对穿越的巷道进行合理的支护。根据相似理论原理设计了急倾斜煤层开采时巷道支护结构变形研究的模拟试验系统,并对支护结构的轴向变形进行了试验。试验结果表明急倾斜煤层开采过程中巷道支护结构的变形分为压缩-再次压缩-稳定型、稳定-压缩-回弹-稳定型和稳定型3种类型;支护结构与煤层交界部位是支护设计的关键部位;支护结构应具备柔性和可伸缩性;验证了急倾斜煤层开采过程中支护结构稳定-压缩-回弹-稳定的变形特性。
