潘三矿13-1煤层水力冲孔试验研究

摘    要:为考察潘三矿13-1突出煤层水力冲孔技术措施的消突效果,基于13-1煤层的赋存条件,介绍了潘三矿-650 m东四运输大巷利用穿层钻孔进行水力冲孔试验的过程,研究了水力冲孔的冲出煤量、风流中瓦斯浓度、考察孔瓦斯流量、瓦斯抽采半径和冲孔前后瓦斯抽采流量变化等5个方面。结果表明:在单孔每米冲出煤量达到2.0~3.0 t时,13-1煤层瓦斯抽采半径达到4.5 m,考察孔瓦斯流量为冲孔前的10倍以上,瓦斯流量衰减系数仅为冲孔前的30%,在冲孔控制区域内煤体得到卸压,煤层瓦斯含量降低了近70%,释放了煤层的突出潜能,取得了明显的卸压增透效果。
