| Abstract: | This paper introduces the demand that the railmen and the railway passengers require the various information and all sorts of the pro- viding methods of information. Based on the analysis of the informants and the results, the advice how to improve the railway passenger service quality is discussed, to satisfy the passengers＇ requirement maximum. |
