| 摘 要： | 针对唐钢冷轧板在退火过程中易产生粘结缺陷问题,分析了其形成原因,结合实际生产情况,优化了冷轧工艺,同时根据冷硬卷相关技术参数,调整了退火工艺、组垛制度和吹氢工艺等,使粘结缺陷明显降低。

| Abstract: | The formation causes of stick defect of cold rolled plate during annealing was analyzed.Based on the practical production situation of Tanggang,the cold rolling process was optimized,and the schemes of annealing, pack and hydrogen flow control were adjusted.As the result,the rate of stick defect was obviously decreased. |
