基于能量平衡原理的机床动态性能研究

摘    要:对基于能量平衡的机床动态设计技术进行了研究,提出将能量平衡原理的动态优化设计方法与有限元法相结合,从能量的角度分析机床的薄弱环节以及动态特性,并将该方法应用于SL-500/Hz超精密平面磨床的动态分析。

Abstract:The paper studied a machine dynamic design techniques based on the energy balance,and put forward a combination method of dynamic optimization design that based on energy balance principle and finite element model,which could analyze the weak links and dynamic characteristics of the machine tools from the view of the energy point,then the method was applied in the dynamic analysis of SL-500/Hz Ultra-precision surface grinding machine.
