基于ADAMS和MATLAB的空气弹簧虚拟样机运动仿真

摘    要:文中在分析空气弹簧工作原理的基础上,建立了ADAMS虚拟样机模型,并采用PID控制系统模拟高度控制阀,得到了空气弹簧高度响应曲线。结果表明,通过ADAMS与MATLAB/Simulink联合仿真,实现了对空气弹簧不同工况下运动状态的模拟,体现了高度控制阀延时性与无感区的特性。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the basic principle of air spring,it builds the virtual prototyping model in ADAMS,and simulates the height control valve using PID controller.Finally the displacement response curve of air spring is obtained.The results show that the motion states of air spring are imitated in different conditions through Co-simulation of ADAMS and MATLAB/Simulink,and the characteristics of delay and no-response region are reflected from the model of height control valve.
