乙胺嘧啶分子印迹聚合物的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:采用分子印迹技术,以乙胺嘧啶为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,在苯甲醇和乙腈混合溶液中制备了乙胺嘧啶分子印迹聚合物。用于液相色谱固定相,可将乙胺嘧啶与结构类似物敌菌净基线分离。吸附实验表明,印迹聚合物远大于非印迹聚合物的吸附量,说明印迹聚合物对乙胺嘧啶有特异的吸附性。

Abstract:Adopt molecular blotting, pyrimethamine as template molecule, methacrylic acid as photomonomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinking agent and azobisisobutyronitrile as evocator meanwhile along with the mixture of benzil alcohol and acetonitrile, pyrimethamine molecular blotting polymer was produced. With the utilization of PLC, pyrimethamine and analogue base line of diverdine can be isolated. As adsorbent assay indicated, adsorption quantity of blotting polymer is much bigger than non-blotting polymer, which means blotting polymer contains specific adsorption quality under circumstance of pyrimethamine.
