The interrelation between the parameters pertinent to the structure of developed slug flow in small-diameter tubes under bubbling conditions

Abstract:
We present a model for the structure and the velocities of phases that correlates all the statistical parameters pertinent to a developed slug flow under bubbling conditions. The proposed model was used to calculate the velocities of the film flowing down around a slug and the liquid in a liquid plug.
