| 摘 要： | 与以往理论和实践相比,本文首先强调,响应国家的战略意图,明确城市在国家战略格局中所能和应当承担的地位和角色,是新时期城市定位的第一视角。从这一视角出发,文章有针对性地识别了广州发展的独特性,提出"国家中心城市"是新时期广州的核心战略定位,阐述了广州国家中心城市的具体内涵。最后,提出广州实现国家中心城市定位的具体路径和对策。 |

| Abstract: | This paper argues that in the new era the priority of urban positioning is to identify the status of the city in the national strategic pattern. From this viewpoint it examines the particularity of Guangzhou, proposes that the National Central City is the primary positioning of Guangzhou and analyzes the meanings of this positioning. At last, it presents the specific approaches and measures for the positioning of Guangzhou as a National Central City. |
