| 摘 要： | 通过氧指数(OI)、烟密度等级(SDR)、热性能和力学性能的测定,研究了锡酸锌包覆碳酸钙阻燃剂对聚氯乙烯(PVC)电缆料性能的影响。利用TG、DTG和DTA等分析方法,探讨了锡酸锌包覆碳酸钙对PVC的阻燃抑烟机理。结果表明:锡酸锌包覆碳酸钙的加入使PVC电缆料的SDR明显下降,而OI仅略有下降,对PVC电缆料的力学性能和热性能影响不大。

| Abstract: | The effects of Zinc stannate coated CaCO3(ZSC-1) flame retardant on properties of PVC cable material were studied by the tests of OI,SDR,thermal property and mechanical property.The flame-retarding and smoke suppression mechanism of ZSC-1 in PVC was discussed by the analysis methods of TG,DTG and TGA.The results show that:with the addition of ZSC-1,SDR of PVC cable material decreases obviously,OI decreases slightly;ZSC-1 has little effect on thermal property and mechanical property of PVC cable material. |
