工业纯钛和00Cr25Ni22Mo2N不锈钢的钝化与再钝化性能

摘    要:用恒电位划伤电极法及再钝化动力学参数i0、β、Qp值对工业纯钛和00Cr25Ni22Mo2N不锈钢的钝化与再钝化性能进行了评价。在H2SO4溶液中的实验结果表明,两种材料再钝化初期电流密度衰减规律都符合单指数函数关系:i(t)=i0exp(-βt),并指出工业纯钛的钝化、再钝化性能优于00Cr25Ni22Mo2N不锈钢。

Abstract:The passivation and repassivation properties of industrial pure titanium and 00Cr25Ni22Mo2N stainless steel were estimated by using constant electric potential scratching electrode method and repassivation kinetic parameters i 0, β,Q p.The experiments in H 2SO 4 solution show that the attenuation law of current density of the two materials in early repassivation conformed with the single exponent function relation: i(t)=i 0 exp( -β*$t ),and the passivation and repassivation properties of industrial pure titanium were better than those of 00Cr25Ni22Mo2N stainless steel.
