基于OPC的IO接口转换系统的设计与实现

摘    要:为实现具有良好接口的IO接口转换系统,采用OPC(OLE for Process Control)技术和规范,在工控机加模拟输入输出卡的硬件平台上,采用模块化和多线程编程技术,设计并实现了该系统.经测试表明,系统每40ms更新一次全部数据,运行稳定可靠.

Abstract:To design and implement a kind of IO interface conversion system with good interfaces,OPC technology and specifications are adopted in this paper,its hardware platform is industrial computers with analogue input and output cards,modular programming and multithread programming technologies are used in designing and implementing this system,and the test result shows that all of data are updated once per 40 mS,which is robust,and the designed functions are implemented.
