锰和硫元素对灰铁铸件性能的影响

摘    要:为提高灰铸铁材质的性能,通过正交试验分析了W(Mn)、W(s)对材料抗拉强度和硬度的影响,发现低硫、低锰有利于改善铸件性能,并在随后的生产试验中证实了正交试验的结果。提出在柴油机缸体、缸盖生产过程中,为了获得稳定的高强度灰铁材质,建议w(Mn)控制在0.3%~0.5%、W(s)控制在0.04%~0.07%范围内。

Abstract:To improve the properties of gray cast iron, the effects of manganese and sulfur on the tensile strength and hardness of material were analyzed by orthogonal test. It was found that lower sulfur and lower manganese in gray cast iron was helpful to improve the casting properties, and the results of the orthogonal experiment were confirmed in the subsequent production testing. In order to obtain the stable high strength gray cast iron material in the production of cylinder block and head for diesel, an appropriate control range of manganese content (from 0.3% to 0.5%) and sulfur content (from 0.04% to 0.07%) are proposed.
