大型球墨铸铁汽车覆盖件模具的实型铸造工艺

从涂料应用、浇冒口工艺、铸件成分、熔炼及浇注工艺等方面分析了拉延模实型铸造过程中的关键工序控制,介绍了大型球墨铸铁汽车覆盖件拉延模的工艺实践经验.结果表明,采用无冒口工艺生产的汽车覆盖件模具未出现缩松、缩孔缺陷,加工后组织致密,外观及力学性能均符合要求.

Full Mold Casting Process of Large Ductile Iron Drawing Die for Automobile Body Panel

The key process control of full mold casting for drawing die was analyzed from coating, gating, riser, casting composition, melting and pouring. The practical experiences of large ductile iron drawing die for automobile body panel were presented. The result shows that there is no shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage in panel dies for auto with no riser process. The castings have compact structure after machining, and their appearance and mechanical properties conform to the requirements.
